The Goats

*This page is under construction.

Welcome to our Nigerian dairy goat farm! We started our herd in November of 2016 (nearly a decade ago as I write this...!) with two little bottle babies and have grown our herd to nearly a hundred goats since. Currently, we freshen about 18-20 does each year, giving us about 50-55 newborns every March and April. We keep a few, but the rest go to serve as companions, show stock, and the majority as breeding stock for small-scale homesteaders and hobby farmers throughout the Central US. As a certified Family Herbalist through Dr. Christophers school of Natural Healing, I take a very holistic approach to farming and have spent many years fine-tuning my herbal support program for my herd. I am very happy to teach my methods to new and experienced goat owners, and I regularly accept consultations from goat herders all across the US, Canada, and Australia who want to implement supportive herbal care in their own farms.
