Apply this rub to your favorite protein, then grill, roast, broil, or sauté per your favorite cooking method.
Our recommendation to start is 1 Tbsp. of Garlic and Herb Rub per pound, rubbed on both sides of your rinsed and dried protein, letting it rest for at least an hour before cooking for maximum flavor impact.
You can scale up or down as needed, but starting with a tablespoon at a time lets you really get a taste for how all of the flavors are so balanced and fresh, creating a mouthwatering dish that will dazzle your tastebuds!
Our personal preference has been to flavor using a lighter hand on chicken and seafood and a bit heavier for beef and pork.
We encourge you to be creative and expreiment with your own culinary preferneces though!
