A new garlic salt blend for 2025!
The base for this artisan blend is our famous garlic powder. We make small batches from as many as 12 of the different garlic varieties we produce on our farm in Kansas - this is the key that gives our garlic powder an outstanding flavor profile. We then combine the garlic powder with garlic scapes and green garlic to capture the splendid fullness of flavor that develops throughout the growing season - green garlic is from April, scapes from May, and the bulbs from June!
