This is a great opportunity for food processors, salsa makers, or home canners to get some high quality, sustainably grown garlic at a very affordable price!
These are all the bulbs that don't pass my standard of quality for regular seed grade garlic (bulbs under 1 3/4" diameter) and bulbs that are misshaped, have incomplete wrappers, or missing/damaged cloves.
Other than size and looks, these bulbs are just as good a quality as our regular garlic...more so actually! It's a well known fact that smaller bulbs are much more flavorful than large bulbs. You may find that you don't need as much of this garlic to get the flavor you want!
