Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
• To be eligible, the garlic must be in its original condition: unopened (if seasonings), unused, and unplanted. • I personally inspect and pack every order carefully, but if your garlic arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described (e.g., poor quality bulbs or incorrect variety), please contact me right away. • Perishable nature note: Garlic is a living agricultural product. Once planted or stored improperly (e.g., exposed to moisture leading to mold), it cannot be returned or refunded. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, planting, or growing conditions after receipt.
How to Request a Return or Refund
1. Contact me within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] or (62o) 69o-8I72. Include your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a brief explanation. 2. I will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping (if needed). 3. Return the item(s) to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping method. (We recommend keeping proof of shipment.)
Refunds
• If approved, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the garlic. • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). • Shipping costs: Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged in transit)—in that case, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., different variety or replacement bulbs), let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Exception & Limitations
• No returns or refunds for planted garlic, sprouted bulbs, or items showing signs of customer mishandling. • We cannot accept returns for perishable items that have deteriorated due to a delay in reporting or improper handling.
